All Classes require advance reservation and payment. Cancellations must be made at least 4 days in advance of class to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 4 days of the class date are not eligible for a refund, but you may send someone in your place. Space limited to 10 people. Students who register for all three classes will receive a 10% discount.

What to Bring and Wear: Feel free to bring wine or a beverage of your choice. Bring an apron and a sharpened chef knife. For your safety, wear closed toed shoes, no sandals, and comfortable clothing that will not get caught on kitchen equipment.
